Step one - Discussion phase

Illuminate will meet with you and discuss the opportunities you may have and how the iweb service can help.

If we progress past this phase it is under an agreement that illuminate will not approach any organisations within you area until the discussions have been finalised and that you will not disclose any of the business processes or systems used by illuminate

The criteria we are looking for is your ability to sell and support 20 sites in the first year of operation after training from Iweb

Step two - Explore phase

Illuminate will provide your organisation with a site to explore the functionality and we will provide support for this site

We will send you a draft agreement for your examination and to explore within your decision making process

Through the informal support we will be assessing your technical skills and the likelihood that you can support users

You control this phase but we would hope for an answer within 4 weeks

Step three - Contractual stage

Illuminate would expect you to prepare a marketing plan to identify the target groups for this new service.  We would also expect a small project plan to identify the key people nominated for this service.

Contracts to be signed

The plans do not need to be detailed and we will not approach any of your targets. We may advise you if we are already in contact with any of them.

Contracts signed and fee paid

This is often prepared as part of the business case for choosing the franchise

Step four - Develop and Deployment

We would help to develop your own site at this point providing you with a first hand view of how we deliver the service. ½ day training

Illuminate will provide you with server space and Illuminate will provide training on Drool and help you to develop a template theme and site skinning 2 days

On going support is provided by email and telephone additional personal visits can be arranged at an agreed cost
